Our Rigging Professionals Have
- Physical Stamina: Able to handle heavy lifting, manual labor, and work in outdoor environments.
- Attention to Detail: Precision is key when rigging loads to ensure safety.
- Safety Awareness: Understand and committed to safety standards, including OSHA regulations.
- Essential Communication Skills: Ability to follow complex instructions and effectively communicate with team.
- Basic Mechanical Knowledge: A basic understanding of cranes, rigging equipment, and heavy machinery.

In these roles, rigging professionals play an essential part in every stage of the lifting process. Responsibilities include assisting with rigging setup by preparing and inspecting equipment such as slings, hooks, shackles, and lifting beams, as well as learning proper methods for attaching rigging gear to loads and cranes. The positions also involves helping to secure loads to ensure they are properly balanced and stable before every lift. Working closely with crane operators and team members, riggers will coordinate lifts through clear communication, mastering both two-way radio use and standard hand signals. Above all, the role requires strict adherence to safety protocols, which includes the consistent use of personal protective equipment and compliance with all safe lifting and crane operation procedures.
Light on Experience or New to Rigging Heavy Loads?
Though we’re looking for crew members in North Texas and the TX Panhandle with solid experience in rigging big lifts, we also invite hard-working individuals with a strong work ethic looking for a start in the crane business. We can offer hands-on training and hands-on experience to learn the roles and grow with our expanding operations. You’ll receive training from experienced rigging professionals and crane operators on rigging techniques, load calculations, and industry safety standards.
